Whether it’s your first time in the air or you’re looking to add a new apparatus to your aerial repertoire, this Intro to Trapeze series is the perfect place to start. We’ll cover the fundamentals of trapeze technique, including mounts, hangs, beginner skills, and simple transitions, with a strong focus on safety, proper form, and building strength and confidence on the bar. This series is welcoming to all levels—no prior trapeze experience required!
Prerequisites: Enthusiastic readiness to acquire fresh knowledge!
