Combo: Get bendy with us! If you want to improve your backbends, deepen your splits, or just feel more open and mobile, this flexibility series is for you. We’ll start with an hour of backbends, focusing on safe ways to stretch your spine and shoulders. Then we’ll move into an hour of splits work to open the hips, quads, hamstrings, and more. You’ll learn both active and passive flexibility techniques to build mobility at a pace that feels right for you. This class is designed for all levels — from beginners to advanced — because there’s always room to level up your flexibility! Sign up for one or stay for to get a complete stretch every week as a perfect complement to any aerial practice! Bring a foam roller and yoga blocks if you have them.
Backbends (7pm): Come work on your backbends in a supportive environment class where we focus on feeling good and making steady progress. We’ll go through drills that safely open your spine, chest, shoulders, and hip flexors while also building the strength you need for comfortable, controlled backbends. You’ll learn how to bend with good technique to make your backbends smoother and deeper. Bring a foam roller and yoga blocks if you have them!
Splits (8pm): Whether you’re working on front splits, middle splits, or just want more hip mobility, this class has something for you. We’ll focus on opening the hips, quads, and hamstrings and more with safe, effective drills that help you make steady progress. In this all-levels class you’ll learn a mix of active and passive stretching techniques so you can build flexibility in a way that feels good and sustainable.
