This class is designed with advanced students in mind. With a focus on creativity and sequence development we will be exploring many different sequences.
Prereqs: 5 in air inversions, ability to flamenco grip, non injuries, a good understanding of hammock theory, the ability to stay in the air for up to 5 min and the ability to get unstuck unassisted in most situations.
