This class is geared towards lyra lovers who want to take their experience to the next level by exploring a new apparatus that combines both aerial hoop and pole. In this class we will explore spins, poses, and transitions to work towards building sequences that showcase your grace, strength, and creativity.
Prerequisites: Some aerial experience is required, but prior pole experience is not necessary for this class.
