Aerial Rope - Beginner (Wednesday) With Sebastian

This is an introductory aerial rope class. The series focuses on foundations for dynamic technique and the use of momentum, and sequencing. Although it is an introduction of rope, it is recommended that students that come in have an intermediate level on another class to get the most out of this apparatus. Students should be able to invert unassisted on their apparatus of choice. An intermediate level on another apparatus is recommended.
