$60.00

09/26 @ 12:00pm

For those students already familiar with beats and ankle drops, take this workshop to push your dynamic sequencing skills to the next level. Learn more complex beat styles, understand rolling versus twisting, and how to link multiple dynamic skills into smooth, continuous, acrobatic movement. All power, no plop!  Prerequisites: Students must be able to invert into the sling from standing on the ground with the bottom of the sling hanging at head height. A strong familiarity with both beats and rolling will be helpful
